Description

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for:

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for ground-up and renovation projects

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to develop accurate cost assessments

• Perform quantity takeoffs and support value engineering efforts

• Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and business development teams

• Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers during the preconstruction phase

• Manage bid solicitations and ensure timely and complete proposal submissions

• Maintain historical cost data and support continuous improvement of estimating tools and processes

• Assist in subcontractor scope reviews and budget alignment meetings

Profile

The Construction Lead Estimator will possess:

• 5+ years as an estimator

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience in sectors such as retail, hospitality, life sciences, auto dealerships, or commercial projects

• Proficiency with estimating software, digital takeoff tools, and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously

• Based in or able to commute regularly to Beverly, MA (in-office role)

• A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within a reputable and expanding firm

Job Offer

The Construction Estimator will receive:

• Compensation up to $160,000
