Project Engineer - Noblesville
Seeking a Project Engineer with 1-3 years of experience working for a GC or subcontractor to grow through all phases of construction, from preconstruction to design, with self-performed trades. Projects include jails and mentalhealth centers, with over $600M in backlog and an immediate hiring need.
Client Details
My client is a 150+ year-old, family-owned general contractor and subcontractor operating in over 25 states, growing 10-15% annually. They self-perform all trades for jail and mentalhealth center projects-including security doors, hardware, glass, furniture, and glazing-offering team members the chance to wear many hats, gain full project exposure, and grow their careers on projects ranging from 6 months to 4 years, all local to the Indy market.
Description
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support QA/QC processes and project documentation
- Process invoices and handle material procurement
- Assist project managers across multiple projects or one large project
- Upload and maintain documentation in Procore
Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in construction with a general contractor or subcontractor
- Commercial or industrial project experience ranging from $2M-$20M
- Proficient in Procore and other project management software
- Professional demeanor with client-facing experience
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Must be local to Hamilton County
