Superintendent - Commercial Construction | NYC
This Superintendent role involves managing commercial renovation and ground-up construction projects in NYC. You'll lead field operations, coordinate trades, and ensure work is delivered on time and on budget.

Description
Lead all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination
Interpret and execute construction drawings and documents
Ensure schedule adherence, safety compliance, and quality control
Communicate regularly with project management and clients
Profile
You're an experienced Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years in commercial construction. You're confident running jobs independently, deeply familiar with reading and interpreting plans, and ideally, have NYC DOB experience. You're proactive, reliable, and bring a calm, solutions-oriented approach to the field.
