Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee an operational risk framework tailored to investment activities.

• Develop risk methodologies and ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.

• Lead initiatives to embed a strong risk culture across the firm, ensuring investment teams proactively assess and manage operational risks.

• Conduct risk assessments, identifying key exposures and recommending mitigation strategies.

• Oversee risk monitoring and reporting processes, delivering clear insights to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with investment professionals and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of risk considerations into deal structures and portfolio management.

• Provide guidance on risk governance, policies, and control enhancements to optimize operational resilience.

• Prepare risk-related materials and present findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Profile

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in operational risk management or adjacent field, preferably within an alternative asset management or investment firm.

• Strong background in building and implementing risk frameworks and methodologies.

• Proven ability to foster and strengthen risk culture within investment teams.

• Deep understanding of risk governance, regulatory expectations, and industry standards.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.

Job Offer

$200,000 - $300,000.
