Lead Superintendent - Commercial/MF - Quincy MA

One of New England's most reputable general contractors is seeking a lead superintendent for commercial and multifamily projects throughout South Shore.

Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and communication.
• Implement and oversee BIM/VDC technologies as required.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Hospitality, Retail, and Restaurant construction.
• Proven track record of managing projects up to $25M.
• Strong background in Hospitality, Commercial, or Multifamily construction.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Experience with BIM/VDC technologies is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
