Project Engineer - Multifamily $100M+ - National Developer

The Project Engineer - High-End Residential & Multifamily will oversee and manage construction projects within the high-end residential and multifamily sectors, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with skilled teams in delivering exceptional projects in Boston.

• Office in Boston, MA (everyone working 100% onsite of the projects)
• One of the largest Multifamily Builder/ Developer in the Nation
• 20 people in their Boston office
• Large Scale, Luxury Multifaily projects $100M+
• 'Small shop' with the resources of a large GC due to their national presence

Description

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project progress.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Assist in problem-solving and resolving project-related challenges.
• Collaborate with the project management team to maintain quality control processes.
• Support procurement efforts by reviewing materials and vendor contracts.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.

Profile

A successful Project Engineer - High-End Residential & Multifamily should have:

• A background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
