Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Ability to lead and oversee more junior individuals.
- 8-12+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor.
- Strong tenure with previous employers.
- Someone who can hit the ground running.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams and engage with stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management in construction.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to solve problems in fast-paced environments.
