Senior Superintendent
Our client is a General Contractor seeking a Senior Superintendent in Denver to lead K-12 projects, overseeing field operations, schedules, and subcontractor coordination to ensure successful project delivery. Qualified candidates will experience a hands-on interview process that includes a site walk to experience our client's work firsthand.

Description
- 10+ years of Superintendent experience (5+ years considered for mid-level roles)
- Proven track record managing K-12 construction projects
- Experience with project scheduling & updates (P6 preferred, Procore is a plus)
- Strong history of delivering projects on time & within budget
- Ability to lead field teams, mentor staff, and drive project success
- Experience working with clients, owners, and trade partners to ensure project alignment

Job Offer
The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package including:
Base Salary: $118,000 - $142,500 DOE
Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary for senior-level roles
