This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Recruiting Manager to join a top firm's DC office. The ideal candidate should be proficient in providing efficient and high-quality client service and maintaining strong relationships with partners, associates, and staff.

Description
- Develop and implement strategic legal recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, associates, and staff.
- Coordinate and manage the summer associate recruiting process for the DC office from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to improve recruitment methods.
- Lead and participate in various recruitment initiatives and projects.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Participate in professional development and recruitment events.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local recruitment laws and regulations.

Profile
A successful Legal Recruiting Manager should have:
- Proven experience in Legal Recruiting or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree.
Job Offer
