Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, procurement, and project resources.
- Facilitate project meetings, reporting updates to both clients and leadership.
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Profile
The Successful Candidate
- Brings 10+ years of commercial and general construction experience, ideally with ground‑up and renovation projects.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing capabilities.
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Comfortable working from a Central NJ office with frequent site travel.
- Collaborative, solutions‑oriented, and able to represent the company professionally.
