An established commercial construction firm is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee complex projects from planning through completion. Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, procurement, and project resources.
• Facilitate project meetings, reporting updates to both clients and leadership.
• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Profile

The Successful Candidate

• Brings 10+ years of commercial and general construction experience, ideally with ground‑up and renovation projects.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing capabilities.
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Comfortable working from a Central NJ office with frequent site travel.
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented, and able to represent the company professionally.
