Assistant Project Manager
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a water treatment plant construction project in Sunrise, Florida. Description
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of the water treatment plant project, from planning to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to client specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project progress updates.
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support in change order management, RFI processes, and submittal reviews.
Profile
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in infrastructure or utility projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools, construction scheduling software, and safety protocols.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to work on-site as needed.
