Internal Audit Manager

Description

• Lead and manage internal audits to evaluate financial and operational controls.
• Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure the organization adheres to all accounting and financial reporting standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the finance department.
• Assist in risk assessment and recommend strategies for mitigation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the FMCG sector.

Profile

A successful Audit Manager should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in audit methodologies and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A CPA or similar certification (preferred but not required).
