Construction Site Superintendent - Brooklyn NY
We're seeking a driven Site Superintendent to take the reins on a brownstone project in Brooklyn, with a future pipeline that spans residential, retail, medical, and corporate offices. In this role, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our projects moving smoothly, ensuring quality and efficiency every step of the way.

Our client is a full-service general contractor dedicated to high-quality, sustainable construction across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Known for its diverse portfolio, they bring expertise to projects of all sizes, from residential and commercial builds to specialized medical and hospitality spaces.
Description
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring quality standards, safety, and timelines are met or exceeded.
- Manage subcontractors, anticipate potential issues, and resolve them quickly to keep the project on track.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with the project management team and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and any challenges.
Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in residential and brownstone renovation. Procore knowledge is a plus, but your commitment to quality, attention to detail, and collaborative approach are what set you apart.
