Our client, a nationally recognized General Contractor with a strong presence in the healthcare and medical construction sector, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Collaborate with the Preconstruction and Estimating teams to provide accurate budgets and schedules.
• Oversee project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and support staff, to maintain cohesion and productivity.
• Ensure strict adherence to healthcare construction regulations, safety protocols, and infection control measures.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges and implementing solutions.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in mediical and Hospital projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations and standards.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
