Description

• Assist in the coordination of all on-site construction progress
• Assist the Lead Superintendent, responsible for MEP scope with the assistance of your team
• Ensure the project is being completed according to budget & schedule
• Track daily reports
• Communicate regularly with the Project Management team
• Other duties as assigned

Profile

• 2+ years of construction experience
• Must have previous experience managing the MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) scopes of projects, preferably large scale >20M
• Strengths must include scheduling & quality control
• Experience with ProCore construction software preferred
• Positive attitude, punctual, great communication skills
