Assistant MEP Superintendent - GC - Charlotte

Description
- Assist in the coordination of all on-site construction progress
- Assist the Lead Superintendent, responsible for MEP scope with the assistance of your team
- Ensure the project is being completed according to budget & schedule
- Track daily reports
- Communicate regularly with the Project Management team
- Other duties as assigned
Profile
- 2+ years of construction experience
- Must have previous experience managing the MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) scopes of projects, preferably large scale >20M
- Strengths must include scheduling & quality control
- Experience with ProCore construction software preferred
- Positive attitude, punctual, great communication skills
