Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Overseeing & managing civil projects from start through completion
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
- Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
Profile
The successful candidate has:
- 7+ years of experience working as a Super (water/wastewater projects)
- Proficient in Procore, B2W, Vista
- MA CSL
- OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred
- Very comfortable running civil projects start to finish
- Thorough understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means and method, materials, survey methods & overall construction planning and cost control
- Commutable all over the South Shore (projects from Boston down to the cape)
