Attorney Training Specialist | New York, NY
The Attorney Training Specialist will oversee the creation and implementation of attorney training curriculum for the firm's New York. The role involves collaborating with partners, consultants, and the firm-wide attorney learning team to develop and deliver high-quality programs.

My client is a reputable, global law firm operating on a hybrid schedule (3 days in, 2 from home) with an office in Midtown Manhattan.
Description
- Oversees the administration of associate curricula including laterals and Counsel.
- Develop and supervise training for the Business Development Academy.
- Partners with the General Counsel's Office to design and deliver firm-wide Ethics training.
- Lead focus group meetings with New York office practice groups, gather feedback, and implement tailored programming.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members within the department.
- Facilitate and manage in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Co-lead orientation program for lateral hires and incoming associates
- Coordinate logistics for both on-site and off-site retreats.
- Managed Firm affidavits.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Five yeas training experience within a law firm (required)
Job Offer
The base salary range is $125K-140K. The firm offers competitive benefit packages and year-end bonuses, up to firm discretion.
