The Attorney Training Specialist will oversee the creation and implementation of attorney training curriculum for the firm's New York. The role involves collaborating with partners, consultants, and the firm-wide attorney learning team to develop and deliver high-quality programs.

My client is a reputable, global law firm operating on a hybrid schedule (3 days in, 2 from home) with an office in Midtown Manhattan.

Description

• Oversees the administration of associate curricula including laterals and Counsel.
• Develop and supervise training for the Business Development Academy.
• Partners with the General Counsel's Office to design and deliver firm-wide Ethics training.
• Lead focus group meetings with New York office practice groups, gather feedback, and implement tailored programming.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members within the department.
• Facilitate and manage in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Co-lead orientation program for lateral hires and incoming associates
• Coordinate logistics for both on-site and off-site retreats.
• Managed Firm affidavits.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Five yeas training experience within a law firm (required)

Job Offer

The base salary range is $125K-140K. The firm offers competitive benefit packages and year-end bonuses, up to firm discretion.
