Employee Relations Associate - Hoboken, NJ - $70k-$80k
We're seeking a detail-oriented and people-savvy Employee Relations Associate to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ER experience who is looking to deepen their experience in employee relations and grow into a future HR Business Partner. You'll gain hands-on exposure to complex ER work and partner closely with senior stakeholders. Position is located 3 days a week in Hoboken, NJ.
$70k-$80k + bonus and excellent benefits

Description
Support the Employee Relations team in handling a high volume of performance-related cases
Assist in conducting investigations, documenting findings, and preparing case files
Provide administrative and analytical support on ER processes, including tracking cases and pulling data
Participate in HR initiatives and projects focused on improving employee engagement, performance, and compliance
Help draft communications and policy updates related to employee relations
Maintain confidentiality and ensure consistency in ER processes across the organization
Profile
2+ years of experience in employee relations
Strong judgment, discretion, and a professional demeanor when handling sensitive information
Interest in performance management, workplace culture, and conflict resolution
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; comfort working with case tracking systems or HRIS is a plus
