Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed supporting schedules for key general ledger accounts
- Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and cleanups
- Collaborate with AP, AR, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate month-end reporting
- Assist with month-end and year-end close (journal entries, accruals, variance analysis)
- Maintain standardized reconciliation templates
- Support internal and external audit requests with timely documentation
Profile
Preferred Experience:
- 3-4 years of accounting experience
- Experience with cloud-based accounting systems (Sage Intacct, NetSuite preferred; QuickBooks at minimum)
- Strong understanding of audit preparation and financial reporting
Job Offer
- An hourly rate ranging from $32.00 to $39.00 USD.
