Commercial Superintendent - Construction

Description

• Manage daily on-site operations for ground-up and renovation projects
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure smooth execution
• Enforce safety regulations and quality control
• Maintain project schedules and budgets
• Conduct site inspections, subcontractor management, and problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and higher education construction codes and standards

Profile

• Five or more years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Experience with healthcare and/or higher education projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of ground-up and renovation processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management software
