A growing Mid- Size Contractor in Miami is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support multiple ground-up commercial projects, including large-scale and tilt-wall construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated APM to gain experience on complex projects and grow within a dynamic company.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established mid-sized General Contractor specializing in ground-up commercial construction. They have a strong presence in South Florida, delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. Their portfolio includes large-scale infrastructure, industrial, and sustainable energy projects, with a reputation for excellence and innovation.
Description
- Assist in managing ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction to completion.
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
- Oversee project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards.
- Participate in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment.
Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong preference for $100M+ ground-up projects.
- Experience with tilt-wall construction and large infrastructure projects is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
