Legal Executive Assistant
This firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support within a fast paced law firm setting. This position requires incredibly high touch, white glove service, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to proactively anticipiate needs.

This law firm is consistently top ranked globally and has a culture of collaboration and growth. The NYC office is in office 3 days a week in Midtown Manhattan
Description
- Manage and organize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of Partners and attorneys
- Prepare engagement letters and new client/matter memos, and update active client/matter number lists to assist with the new business process.
- Assist in promoting business development through entry of activities, maintenance of contacts, and assembling of mailing lists.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in legal or professional services environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex schedules and tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
