The Civil Estimator plans, bids, and communicates on all preconstruction aspects of the projects.

Description

• Bid on public and private projects (highway, roadway, sitework, earthwork, bridges, etc.)
• Partake in preconstruction meetings
• Communicate with project managers, superintendents, and all relevant projects
• Use construction-specific software for data collection and takeoffs

Profile

• 5+ years as a Civil Estimator
• OSHA certification (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience in waterway structures, heavy highway, demolition, excavation, environmental remediation, sitework
