Description

• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the construction process.

Profile

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

• Experience as a commercial construction site superintendent, with a focus on interiors and clean rooms or lab spaces.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of a construction project from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
• A background in carpentry is considered a plus.
• General knowledge of Building and Construction codes
