Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Strong Growth & Great Culture - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
- Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Support estimating and pre-construction planning as needed
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Strong Growth & Great Culture - Charlotte should have:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Ability to travel locally to job sites as required
