Our client, a family-owned General Contractor with over 50 years of experience, is one of the top companies in the Mid-Atlantic. With multiple offices in the region and a focus on projects between Falls Church and Richmond, they specialize in Multifamily construction. While most of their projects range from $30M to $100M, they have successfully completed projects valued over $200M. Due to consistent year-over-year growth in both headcount and revenue, they are now looking to expand their team and are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their ranks.

Description

The Lead Superintendent - New Commercial Construction - Northern VA will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily on-site construction operations
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Supervising construction to ensure alignment with project plans
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Collaborating with the project management team to create and update construction schedules
• Tracking project budgets and controlling expenses
• Identifying and addressing potential issues promptly

Profile

The Lead Superintendent - New Commercial Construction - Northern VA will have:

• 10-20 years of experience in construction management
• New construction commercial and/or multifamily experience required
• Must have led at least 2 projects as the true lead
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site management
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
