Our client is looking for a strong Project Manager with Commercial and Light Industrial experience in Winston-Salem! This role is for an extremely reputable client with a large presence in the Carolinas, dedicated to safety and client satisfaction.

Our client, a leading General Contractor based in North Carolina, has grown to become one of the top General Contractors in the Southeast. In 2023, they achieved $800M in revenue, with the majority of their projects stemming from repeat clients. Their expertise lies in education (K-12 and higher education) projects ranging from $30M to $80M, as well as healthcare developments. With several $50M+ projects on the horizon in the Triad area, they are seeking a Project Manager with experience in education projects to join their team.

The Project Manager - Great Family Culture GC - Triad will be responsible for:
- Leading commercial projects from start through completion
- Managing deadlines and making sure timelines are met
- Coordinating with necessary project team members
- Positive client feedback/satisfaction
- Building relationships with internal/external parties

The Project Manager - Great Family Culture GC - Triad should have:

Job Offer
The Project Manager - Great Family Culture GC - Triad will receive:
- Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $90,000-$140,000
- Discretionary bonuses
- $600/mo+ vehicle allowance provided
- Cell and laptop offered
- PTO and sick days
- 401K match
- Pipeline of projects local to the Triad
