Description
- Support the sales team on contract editing, pricing strategy, legal language.
- Sales & Legal Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between sales and legal teams, ensuring efficient contract review and approvals.
- Contract Support: Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing contracts, tracking key milestones such as renewals and amendments.
- Pricing Analysis: Support regional pricing strategies by gathering and analyzing data to maintain competitive pricing.
- Process Optimization: Assist in refining contract workflows and pricing approval processes to improve efficiency.
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with contract-related insights, helping them navigate pricing structures and legal terms.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to sales and customer inquiries regarding contracts, pricing, and compliance matters.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate contract records, price matrices, and compliance documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations and Finance to align customer accounts and pricing structures.
Profile
A successful Sales Specialist should have:
- A passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, contract administration, or pricing coordination
- Basic understanding of contract terms and legal review processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise between multiple departments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management or CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
- A competitive salary package in the range of $70,000 - $100,000.
- Opportunity to earn up to 20% bonus.
- Hybrid onsite role metro west of Boston in the Waltham, Weston, Wellesley, Newton area.
