Description

• Quality Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's overall quality control strategy.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all projects meet or exceed regulatory requirements, client expectations, and industry best practices.
• Training & Development: Lead training initiatives for project teams and field staff to reinforce a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential quality issues early, provide proactive solutions, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Collaboration & Oversight: Work closely with operations teams, project managers, and superintendents to integrate quality processes into all phases of construction.
• Performance Tracking: Establish metrics to assess and report on project quality performance, using data-driven insights to drive improvements.
• Client & Regulatory Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related concerns, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory bodies.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in construction quality control or quality assurance, preferably on large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and implement company-wide quality programs.
• Expertise in construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven experience in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and other relevant construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
