Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - New York, NY

This is an urgent need for a Superintendent to lead an office renovation project starting June 2nd in Midtown Manhattan. You'll manage all site activity, coordinate with clients and project teams, and ensure successful delivery.

Description

• Lead site operations for a commercial office interior renovation in Midtown Manhattan

• Coordinate 3rd party inspections, ensure compliance and manage project closeouts.
• Act as the face of the company in all client interactions.
• Report to and collaborate with Directors of Operations and Construction, as well as Project Managers.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence

Profile

• 3-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects in NYC
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety, and scheduling
• Experience coordinating multiple trades in tight, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards
• OSHA 30 required
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents
