Property Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 130 unit complex in Boca Raton. Lease up experience and someone that ensures they are well-maintained, fully occupied, and profitable.

Client Details

Our client is an Owner Operated Property Manager that focuses on properties in the tri-country area (Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County). They have a growing portfolio of properties in the area.

Description

• Managing tenant relations: Communicating with tenants, addressing concerns or issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
• Leasing and marketing: Advertising available units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
• Property maintenance: Coordinating regular maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring that the properties are well-kept.
• Budgeting and financial management: Developing and managing property budgets, collecting rent, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Compliance: Ensuring that all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
• Reporting: Providing regular reports to property owners or management on the performance of the property

Profile

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in property management for apartment buildings
• Strong leadership skills
• Track record of driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• In-depth lease up experience with apartment buildings
• A deep understanding of the Florida real estate market and regulations is highly desirable.
