Superintendent

We're representing a respected, employee-owned general contractor with a strong foothold in the industrial sector. Known for their consistent pipeline of high-quality work and commitment to their people, they are seeking a driven and detail-oriented construction leader to join their team.

Client Details

This is a field leadership role focused on managing large-scale ground-up tilt-wall industrial developments. Projects typically range from 100,000 to 1,000,000+ square feet and include logistics centers, distribution hubs, and light manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take a job from mobilization through close-out, with a deep understanding of tilt-wall systems, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, and safety protocols. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Trade Partners to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Description

• Lead day-to-day site operations and manage all field personnel

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections

• Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients

• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues in the field

• Uphold quality control standards across all phases of construction

Profile

• Experience in commercial and industrial construction

• Proven experience managing tilt-up/tilt-wall industrial projects from start to finish

• Strong knowledge of site development, structural concrete, MEP coordination, and scheduling software

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• OSHA 30 and a clean safety record
