Superintendent
Are you a Superintendent with a track record of success on ground-up industrial tilt-up projects? We're representing a respected, employee-owned general contractor with a strong foothold in the industrial sector. Known for their consistent pipeline of high-quality work and commitment to their people, they are seeking a driven and detail-oriented construction leader to join their team.
Client Details
This is a field leadership role focused on managing large-scale ground-up tilt-wall industrial developments. Projects typically range from 100,000 to 1,000,000+ square feet and include logistics centers, distribution hubs, and light manufacturing facilities.
The ideal candidate is someone who can take a job from mobilization through close-out, with a deep understanding of tilt-wall systems, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, and safety protocols. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Trade Partners to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Description
Lead day-to-day site operations and manage all field personnel
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections
Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
Monitor project progress and proactively address issues in the field
Uphold quality control standards across all phases of construction
Profile
Experience in commercial and industrial construction
Proven experience managing tilt-up/tilt-wall industrial projects from start to finish
Strong knowledge of site development, structural concrete, MEP coordination, and scheduling software
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA 30 and a clean safety record
