Fund Finance Associate - New York City
The Fund Finance Associate will be responsible for all fund performance analysis, and all accounting and reporting related to real estate funds.

Our client is a leading real estate private equity firm.
Description
The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statement packages, including investor capital reporting
- Perform variance analysis comparing financial results to budgets, forecasts, and actuals; identify key performance drivers and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders
- Deliver ongoing financial analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to various stakeholders, including senior management, investors, lenders, and regulators.
- Oversee all aspects of fund administration in coordination with external administrators and advisors.
Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting or private equity fund finance/accounting, with a strong grounding in financial analysis and accounting principles; experience in real estate or private equity is preferred.
Background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or roles related to real estate private equity is a plus.
