Traveling Interior Superintendent
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of construction processes.

Description
- Manage and oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for construction execution.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
- Communicate project updates and address any issues with stakeholders promptly.
- Travel to various project sites as required to oversee construction activities.
Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Interior construction experience in Office, MOB, Retail, QSR, and/or Light Industrial projects
- Ground-up construction experience is not required, but a plus
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage on-site teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
