Description

  • Manage On-Site Operations: Oversee daily construction activities at multiple project sites, ensuring projects run efficiently and according to plan.
  • Drive Project Progress: Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure Quality & Safety: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver Projects On-Time: Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely completion while meeting project specifications and client expectations.
  • Problem-Solve & Troubleshoot: Address any unexpected issues or delays on-site, implementing quick, effective solutions to keep the project moving forward.

Profile

  • Effectively manages and motivates diverse on-site teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with the project goals and timelines.
  • Previous experience with multiple commercial projects
  • Capable of handling the unique challenges of different job sites, locations, and cultures, adjusting quickly to new environments and unexpected obstacles.
  • Keeps all parties (clients, project managers, subcontractors, and team members) informed and maintains clear, consistent communication across all levels.
  • Possesses expertise in various construction processes, tools, and techniques, ensuring quality work is being done at each location.
  • Quickly identifies issues that arise on the job site and finds effective, timely solutions to keep the project moving forward smoothly.
