Description

The Traveling Superintendent - Northeast will:

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes at all times.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and daily reports.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient work environment to support project success.

Profile

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Northeast should have:

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects within the construction industry - must be able to run work start to finish
  • Must have fit out and/or occupied renovation experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within New England as required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Must be willing to travel - majority of work will be Northeast based (CT, MA, VT, NH, ME, NY)

Job Offer

The Traveling Superintendent - Northeast will receive:

  • Competitive salary up to $125,000
  • Hotel accommodations provided during travel.
  • $350 travel allowance and $60 daily per diem.
