Superintendent - $35M Public Projects - Hanover, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of public construction projects, including town halls, fire/police stations, DPWs, and libraries, up to $35M in value.
• Focus on critical path scheduling, using technology-driven systems to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
• Implement Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project to monitor and adjust schedules.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are maintained on all sites.
• Provide leadership on-site and collaborate with leadership for seamless project execution.

Profile

Superintendent - $35M Public Projects - Hanover, MA - Will have

• Experience with ground-up public projects, including those similar to town halls, fire/police stations, and libraries, up to $35M in value.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and critical path systems.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to handle the technical aspects of construction while maintaining a focus on schedule and quality.
• Comfortable working on-site, leading teams, and reporting directly to leadership.

Job Offer
