Senior Project Manager, Diverse Projects - Columbus

Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead project teams through planning, execution, and completion
  • Develop scopes of work and manage procurement of subcontractors and materials
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations
  • Facilitate coordination between design professionals, consultants, and field teams
  • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and cost tracking reports
  • Conduct regular project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting
  • Support business development and client relationship management
  • Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in large scale construction project management
  • Experience managing healthcare, multifamily, or mission critical projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • OSHA certification and additional training a plus
