Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Superintendent will lead field operations for our commercial TI projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The upcoming project is located in Reseda, and future projects will continue to be throughout Los Angeles.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial TI projects as a construction superintendent

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment

• Enforce site safety and maintain compliance with OSHA standards

• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and plans

• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve site issues in real time

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors

• Maintain detailed daily reports and documentation

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a construction Superintendent in commercial TI building and construction

• Strong experience in restaurant and/or retail build-outs preferred

• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes

• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced schedules

• Well versed in Procore

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel to job sites required)

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
