Superintendent- Luxury Homes

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Luxury Home Superintendent to oversee the construction and maintenance of high-end residential properties in Miami, Florida. Description

• Supervise all aspects of luxury residential construction, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site quality control.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of workmanship.
• Maintain exceptional client relations, providing clear communication and addressing any concerns or design modifications promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans, codes, safety standards, and specifications.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and mitigate risks associated with construction timelines or challenges.
• Oversee post-construction tasks, including punch-list management and warranty services.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in luxury residential construction, including ground-up projects or extensive renovations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
• An ability to maintain excellent relationships with high-net-worth clients while working under pressure to meet their expectations.
• Local experience in Miami and familiarity with its construction regulations and market trends is a plus.
