The Senior Estimator - Excellent Charlotte General Contractor will:
- Analyzing construction blueprints and other documents to prepare time frames, costs, material, and labor estimates
- Preparing bid packages, development budgets, and analyzing subcontractor bids for use in conceptual and bid proposal estimates
- Establishing pricing and conducting comparison activities
- Working closely with construction project management team to maintain estimate throughout project
- Consulting with vendors and internal project teams to resolve issues
- Establishing and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships
Profile
The Senior Estimator - Excellent Charlotte General Contractor should have:
- 2+ year's experience as an Estimator for a General Contractor
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- OSHA certification preferred
- Estimating management software proficient
- Effective communication skills to interface with both clients and field staff
Job Offer
The Senior Estimator - Excellent Charlotte General Contractor will receive the following:
- Highly Competitive Base Salary - $80,000-110,000
