SSHO - Construction
We're seeking a talented Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) to ensure that our construction projects are completed in a safe and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating training programs.

Description
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate safety training programs for staff.
- Investigate accidents, identify their causes, and recommend solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Keep abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the company's operations.
- Prepare reports summarizing health and safety activities.
- Promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Collaborate with project management teams to integrate safety measures into all stages of project planning and execution.
Profile
A successful SSHO should have:
- A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience in the construction or property industry.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Job Offer
