Financial Reporting Associate
The SEC Financial Reporting Associate will play a key role in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, and supporting the Accounting & Finance department. This permanent role in the investment management industry offers a great opportunity to grow your expertise in financial reporting within a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department by analyzing financial data and reconciling accounts.
- Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly and annual audit processes.
- Research and implement updates to SEC reporting requirements and accounting standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve reporting processes and internal controls.
- Maintain organized documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.

Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations.
- 5-9 years with the majority of experience in Big 4/public accounting
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
