Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Direct crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, and structural scopes, ensuring efficient execution to the highest standards.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly.
• Enforce strict safety standards and regulatory requirements to protect the team and the jobsite.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align field execution with schedules, budgets, and project goals.
• Review drawings, plan work sequences, and resolve field issues to maintain project progress.
• Oversee inspections, documentation, and quality control to ensure work exceeds expectations.

Profile

The Successful Superintendent Applicant will have:

• Proven Field Leadership: 5+ years supervising self-perform crews in commercial or industrial construction, driving productivity and quality.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of concrete, carpentry, and structural scopes to execute complex projects accurately.
• Safety-First Mindset: Experienced in maintaining safe, compliant jobsites while motivating teams to perform at their best.
• Effective Communicator & Problem Solver: Lead crews confidently, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on schedule.
• Project-Ready Planner: Skilled in reading drawings, sequencing work, and coordinating tasks for seamless execution.
• Craftsmanship & Solutions-Oriented: Practical, hands-on approach focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional results.

Job Offer

The Superintendent will receive:

• Base Salary - $100,000-$130,000
