Description
The Project Manager will be responsible:
Manage mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and quality expectations
Lead project meetings, site visits, and resolve field or design-related issues
Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing processes
Track project performance using project management software and reporting tools
Support the development of junior team members and contribute to company-wide best practices
Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection)
Strong background in commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or institutional projects
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships effectively
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Proficient in project management software and construction documentation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Committed to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
Eager to grow within a reputable, forward-thinking company
Job Offer
The Project Manager will receive:
