AVP CRE Appraiser
The AVP CRE Appraiser will be responsible for conducting commercial real estate appraisals and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

This opportunity is with a commercial bank with corporate offices in Queens and Long Island.
Description
- Conduct commercial real estate appraisals in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Analyze market trends and property data to determine accurate valuations.
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the banking team to provide insights on property valuations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate markets and industry regulations.
- Ensure all appraisals meet audit and compliance standards.
- Support the review and approval of third-party appraisals.
- Assist in developing appraisal policies and procedures for the organization.
Profile
A successful AVP CRE Appraiser should have:
- 5+ years in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and market research.
- Knowledge of banking regulations related to real estate appraisals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
Job Offer
- $95,000 - $130,000 base salary.
