Assistant Project Manager- Real Estate Developer- Boston
The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of project management in the construction industry.

Description
- Assist in planning and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and deliver exceptional results.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
