Description
- Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure project stays on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce proper safety protocols on-site.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Monitor and manage material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and adherence to codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders regarding project status.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, ensuring smooth operations.
Profile
- 3+ years of running commercial construction projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for construction
- Ability to lead subcontractors
- Emphasis on safety
